Liz Truss is live with Meta ads which focus on experience and the economy.

She’s beaten her opponent Rishi Sunak to the punch by being the first one to get paid social ads out there.

The campaign are asking the audience to give their email address.

The primary reason they want this data of potential supporters is so that they can remind them to vote when ballots start to land from 1st Aug.

The secondary reason will be to ask for donations and encourage advocacy.
