Michael Bloomberg, the billionaire campaigning to become the Democrats 2020 Presidential candidate and former Mayor of New York, has released a new slogan which will feel familiar to British voters: get it done.
The slogan was hugely successful for the Conservatives in the 2019 UK general election. Given Michael Bloomberg wants to build his brand around his ability to deliver, it makes perfect sense for him to borrow from what brought victory to Boris.
The slogan was launched on Saturday 10th January at the same time as Bloomberg opened 150 new field offices around the USA.
Bloomberg has already spent more than $200 million on advertising; if he keeps his current pace of spending he will have invested the same amount as President Barack Obama’s campaign spent on advertising over the course of the entire 2012 general election.
